Samba 2.0.5 for MPE/iX
Lars Appel, who originally ported Samba to MPE/iX, has asked
for help in porting the latest version of Samba, 2.0.5. He notes
that there are a number of open issues, and he won't have
time to address all of them.

Using DTCs For Outbound Telnet
Noel Magee reports that it is possible to
establish an outbound serial connection from a DTC by
connecting to the DTC via telnet.

:VSTORE Failures on DLT 4000 Tape Drives
Ken Sletten has found that under some circumstances,
the MPE/iX :VSTORE utility will fail on
DLT 4000 tape drives even though the tape is
readable. His post provides extensive details of the problem.
