How can you expect anyone to prosecute those he works with on a daily basis?!
This is repeated over and over again, whenever something problematic arises in the conduct of those subordinate to the Attorney General, the Attorney General doesn’t acknowledge the problem. Serious reports of his subordinates conduct remain unanswered.
The root of the problem lies in the inherent state of contradicting interests in which the attorney general is found.
It is time to withdraw from the Attorney General the significant authority over his subordinates and transfer the authority to an outside party as the Audit Commissioner.
