What is Interex?Interex is the International Association of Hewlett-Packard Computing Professionals. If you're an HP computer user or thinking about becoming one, this site is an invaluable resource for you! Interex's established advocacy channels to HP enable members to not only voice their opinions but get involved in the HP product development process. Over the past four years more than 80 percent of the enhancements requested by Interex have been incorporated into HP product releases. Among the channels available are: the Worldwide Advocacy Survey of HP Computer Users, System Improvement Ballots for MPE and for HP-UX, conference roundtables, Interex's Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and the Engineering Investment Survey. User Groups - Interex's Partners Interex serves its worldwide membership locally by partnering with HP-computing professional user groups in North America (RUGs), Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim (NUGs). Interex also services the 1000 user community through technical user groups (TUGs). Some North American RUGs have local groups (LUGs) residing under their jurisdiction (i.e. San Diego LUG). User groups provide information and education exchange among HP's user community within a specific geographic area. These groups meet on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
