By bringing together two great information technology companies, Carly Fiorina has positioned the new HP to serve customers even better. She'll offer an unparalleled insider's view of the merger and how it's already providing benefits. She'll also present HP's vision of the future and how it plans to build on its industry-leading role in providing technology and business solutions for customers worldwide.

Carly Fiorina is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett-Packard. HP, a leading global provider of computing and imaging solutions and services, is focused on making technology and its benefits accessible to all.

In order to accelerate HP's strategy, catalyze growth in a changing technology landscape and increase long-term shareowner and customer value, Fiorina and Compaq Computer Corporation CEO Michael Capellas jointly led the HP-Compaq merger in April 2002. Since joining HP in July 1999, Fiorina has led HP's reinvention as a company that makes the Internet work for businesses and consumers. Under her leadership, HP has returned to its roots of innovation and inventiveness and is focused on delivering the best total customer experience.

Prior to joining HP, Fiorina spent nearly 20 years at AT&T; and Lucent Technologies, where she held a number of senior leadership positions in sales and marketing. As President of Lucent's Global Service Provider Business, she expanded the company's international business and spearheaded the planning and execution of its initial public offering and subsequent spin-off from AT&T.;

Fiorina holds a bachelor's degree in medieval history and philosophy from Stanford University; a master's degree in business administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland at College Park, Md.; and a master of science degree from MIT's Sloan School. Keynote Abstract
Charged with directing HP's global businesses, Michael Capellas will talk about the evolution of technology and how HP is helping customers become more successful through innovative products, services and solutions. He'll provide an update on the integration of HP and Compaq and describe how HP will help you get greater business value out of your IT infrastructure.

Michael Capellas is responsible for HP's global business groups, worldwide sales, supply chain management and e-commerce operations. In 2002, Capellas and HP CEO Carly Fiorina jointly led the merger of HP-Compaq, recognizing the opportunity to extend the combined company's market leadership and to increase shareowner and customer value.
