| Cancellations and Substitutions |
In the event of a cancellation, a written notice must be received no later than September 6, 2002. A $100 conference cancellation fee will be applied and the membership fee is nonrefundable. Interex will process refunds after the conference. There are no refunds after September 6, 2002. Substitutions are allowed at any time with written permission from the original registrant. Please send any cancellations/substitutions to the attention of InterWorks Conference Registration.
If your conference registration is received by September 13, 2002, you will receive your conference badge by mail prior to the show. If your registration is received after September 13, 2002, please pick up your badge on-site in the registration area. All international attendees will pick up their badges on-site.

Interex, the owners and producers of InterWorks 2002 Conference & Expo, reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented in program materials. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation or speaker.
