Hotel confirmations will be sent from the hotels directly. You will not receive a hotel confirmation from Interex.
All room reservations are subject to room/transient occupancy tax, currently 14.9%, subject to change.
A deposit/guarantee of one night's stay (plus tax) is required for each room reserved. A reservation agent from your preferred hotel will inform you of credit card policies and amount.
You must cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival to receive refund.
Air Fare Savings
United Airlines, the official air carrier for 2002 Conference & Expo will offer special discounted fares to attendees. In addition, United will offer an additional 5% discount if tickets are purchased at least 60 days in advance of travel.
